Welcome
Welcome to Raganella's Botanical Solutions!
"Raganella" means tree frog in Italian. Like these amphibians with permeable skin, I am sensitive to the environment I inhabit. That's why I make products that respect the well-being of body, mind, spirit, and planet.
These are my general guidelines for making goods:
• Respect for the Customer (that's you!)
- each order is made with you in mind
- if you have special requests, convo me
• Respect for the Earth
- responsible sourcing of ingredients (sustainable, fair trade, organic, local)
- reusable, upcycled or biodegradable packaging when possible
- reuse of packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc.)
- as little waste as possible (I love trash crafting!)
Payment
PayPal is accepted for all purchases.
NY State (8.25%) tax applies to sales made within NY state.
Once payment is made I will begin working on your order. Please allow a 5-day lead time, as all products are made to order. Usually I fulfill the order sooner (within a day or 2).
Shipping
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of payment receipt. However most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. Orders of more than 5 products may be subject to higher shipping fees.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct.
Once an item has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. I do not take responsibility for postal service errors.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or unusable, just send me a picture of the damaged item via convo, and I will send you a new one.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I also work on consignment. If there's something you don't see that you would like, convo me and we'll try to work it out. Also, if you'd like a larger order than what's available, let's talk.
