Orders placed by PA residents will be charged sales tax at the payment step in paypal.

The Post Office gets pretty overloaded during the Holiday season so if you need your jewelry by Christmas try to order by the 18th for U.S. orders or the 14th for non-U.S. orders :) Please understand that I still can't promise that the Post Office won't take longer than they say they will.. unfortunately its out of my hands at that point.
