Hi! Welcome to the Ragz.nl Etsy shop. My name is Annemieke Westerman.
I make Sustainable & Functional bags and covers with a fresh and modern feel. I create every item myself, with a passion for functionality, raw materials and contemporary design.
My goal is to achieve pleasant ♪ transactions by offering high quality handmade products and professional services. If you still have questions about anything after reading the following information please do not hesitate to contact me.
Please note that all bags are made after you've placed the order. They're made by me, in my home-based studio in Holland. It takes 4-5 workingdays for a bag to be ready to ship. Ipad sleeves are made within 1-2 days.
Payment
I accept Paypal (which accepts all major credit cards). There is no need to have a PayPal account to make a payment via Paypal. My Paypal account is registered to A. Westerman-van Hal with email address ragz.nl [!at] kpnmail.nl.

Prices on Etsy are without VAT. 19% tax will be charged upon ordering. This ONLY aplies to EU residents.

Prijzen op Etsy zijn zonder 19% BTW. Als je via Etsy bestelt wordt er 19% BTW berekend over de aankoopprijs en de verzendkosten. Het totaalbedrag zie je als je gaat afrekenen - dus nog voordat je betaalt hebt.
Betaling graag direct na bestelling of in ieder geval binnen 2 werkdagen. Graag een bericht indien betaling vertraagd is.
Shipping
All items are shipped via the TNT postal service. This has proven to be a reliable, low cost way to ship internationally but it does not offer tracking or insurance. I will gladly adjust the shipping costs upon request to Priority Mail.

USA: 33 USD
Europe-EU: 13 Euro
Non-EU: 20 Euro
I will ship to the address in Etsy, not Paypal!

Shipping to the USA takes 4-7 workingdays, Canada 5-6 workingdays, Australia 6-8 workingdays. With a possible additional delay at customs. (4-6 days)
Please let me know when your package has arrived! (via email or feedback option) This helps me keeping my shipping estimated times accurate.
Bestellingen worden standaard met TNT verzonden. Doorgaans betekent dat - vandaag gepost is morgen in huis, in NL. Je bestelling wordt goed verzorgd verzonden. Is het een kado? Laat dat weten als je besteld, inclusief adres van de ontvanger. Wil je je pakje aangetekend of verzekerd laten versturen? Laat dat weten voordat je besteld, dan kan ik de verzendkosten aanpassen. Aangetekend versturen kost 8,05 euro. Ragz .nl is niet verantwoordelijk voor zoekgeraakte of beschadigde poststukken.
Refunds and Exchanges
In case you are not satisfied with your product, you can notify me per email within 3 working days. If we cannot work out any another solution, you can return the product within 1 week. Upon receipt of the product in good condition, you will be reimbursed the purchasing price - excluding shipment costs - within 2 weeks.
If you had an item custom-made, a refund is only possible if there is a problem with sizing or construction.

Ben je niet tevreden over je Ragz.nl product, meldt je dit binnen 3 dagen na ontvangst per email ragznl [!at] kpnmail.nl. Je kan het ongebruikte product terug sturen binnen 7 werkdagen. Je krijgt dan het aankoopbedrag retour. Dit geldt niet voor uitverkoop, sale of maatwerk items.

Quality and maintenance
Recycled bicycle innertubes:
To prevent the rubber from drying out, your bag needs a little extra every now and then. The black rubber will shine nicely again when rubbed with any kind of rubber treatment, available at DIY and car-stores. (brands: Maguiars, Halfords, TurtleWax)
There have been infrequent cases of the bags or rubber straps causing marks on light colored clothing. These marks can be removed with regular laundering. We recommend avoiding contact with light colored material as product color may transfer.
Woolfelt:
The felt I use is produced in Europe & carries the Woolmark label: 100% virgin woolfelt, with a density of 250. Due to this density, the felt is highly waterrepellant, however not waterproof. It is durable, dirt- and water repellant. In case you still need to clean the felt; first bristle it with a very soft bristle brush. A baby brush works best. Don't rub with a cloth! You can then carefully rinse it with luke warm water and some (soft) soap. Lay flat, on a towel, to dry. Felt sleeves can be washed carefully, as if washing a woollen sweater. Use a cool and dry iron.

Kwaliteit en onderhoud
Gerecyclede fietsbanden.
Het rubber van je tas of riem heeft af en toe wat extra's nodig om uitdrogen te voorkomen. Het zwarte rubber gaat weer mooi glimmen als je het af en toe insmeert met rubber conditioner voor autobanden of cockpit spray. Spray op het rubber, na-wrijven en klaar. (merken o.a. Maguiars, Halfords, TurtleWax)
Het rubber zal, ondanks zorgvuldig wassen en behandelen, kunnen afgeven. De vlekken die daardoor ontstaan wassen gemakkelijk schoon in de wasmachine.
Het vilt in mijn tassen is gemaakt van in Europa geproduceerd zuiver scheerwol. Deze wol draagt het Woolmark logo en heeft een hoge dichtheid van 250. Daardoor is het vilt in hoge mate waterafstotend, maar niet waterdicht. Het vilt is biologisch afbreekbaar, slijtvast, gaat lang mee, is vlamwerend en vuilafstotend. Is het toch vies geworden, kan je het eerst schoonmaken met een zachte borstel. Niet wrijven. Voorzichtig spoelen met water en (zachte) zeep. Op een handdoek, plat, laten drogen. Hoesjes van vilt kan je wassen zoals je een wollen trui wast. Lauwwarm strijken.
