WELCOME TO RAW ART LETTERPRESS! I'm glad you stopped by. Here is some information about the type of work I do and the materials I use. I offer three types of prints:

- 100% HANDMADE: I draw and hand cut each and every letter and shape, as well as the plate I set the type and press the prints by hand - my prints have a linocut look, but they are actually a "Raw Art Letterpress" process that I developed.

- GICLEE REPRODUCTION: My handmade prints professionally photographed and I reproduce them in my studio with a large format Epson Professional printer using UltraChrome K3 technology inks and heavy weight archival paper. My giclee prints are Museum Quality and rated to last 200+ years without discoloration.

- GICLEE ILLUSTRATION: These prints are designed and illustrated by me, (most fonts are hand drawn), then printed with the same process noted above.

- PAPER: All paper is acid free, archival paper. My handmade prints are on #100 (heavy) paper, the giclee prints are on either #190 (heavier) or #300 (doesn't bend) paper. The latter two are 100% cotton rag therefore there is no gloss to them. I order my paper, and all my materials, in very large quantities, so I am able to offer my prints at reasonable prices without compromising quality.

- COLOR: Computer screens display color very differently - if an exact color match is important to you, you may send me samples of your colors via usps or your postal service of choice. Color charts are guides for the giclee prints and not the handmade prints.
