Thanks for choosing Texas-made, Little Pretty Designs! All of my items are one-of-a-kind and I take great pride in making sure you are getting quality!
Paypal and Etsy's direct check out are my preferred uses of payment. They are fast, secure, and user-friendly.
Shipping is currently USA only as I am not familiar with shipping internationally. I ship via USPS (Save our Post Office!) and will pack your item with care and love!
Effective June 24, 2012 - All orders will receive a delivery tracking number via USPS. Most items are shipped first class (2-5 days) so please order and plan in advance! I do not make (nor plan to) money off shipping. My shipping charges are reasonable and priced at first class unless otherwise noted.
In the occurrence you need your item within 3 days of ordering, please inquire about upgrading shipping charges or inquire before ordering to see if the item can be there in time. Though I do get orders out ASAP, the post office can be funny about delivery times.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of my items, returns are not accepted. I will never sell you something that is not as described or is pictured.
However, if you are not satisfied with your item due to damages from shipping, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I would gladly like to make things right.
