About Real Charm Jewelry:
We are a mother and daughter team located in the D.C area. We have been in business since October 2007 and are trying to become a successful business partnership. We use very beautiful gemstones, metals, Swarovski crystal, and component pieces in all of our jewelry. We are sure that you will love whatever you choose because all of our pieces have "Real Charm."

Shipping:
-1ST CLASS SHIPPING on every item and includes delivery confirmation (Domestic Only). The first item ships for $1.75 and each additional item is .50.
-Upgrades to Priority are additional. Please contact me should you require expedited service.
-International shipping rates will vary.
-Insurance is optional and there is an additional cost for this service. Buyer assumes the risk if insurance is not purchased.
-All pieces are shipped within 24 hours of receipt/clearance of payment (exclude Holidays and Weekends).
-Each piece comes in either a satin or organza pouch for gift giving.

Return Policy:
If, upon receipt, you decide that you no longer want the item, it must be returned within five days of purchase and must be in the original packaging. The buyer will be issued a credit, not a refund.

Sizing:
All of the items will have size information. If you need us to increase or decrease the size, please let us know. Increasing the size of any necklace or bracelet will cost more and that fee will vary depending on the item.

Payments:
-You can wait until you are all done shopping, and then pay all together at the end to save on shipping.
-We expect payment within 7 days of purchasing.
-We accept PayPal and money orders or cashier's checks drawn on a U.S. Bank. Anything paid for by money order or cashier's check will be sent out after receiving payment.
