The two pairs of hoops I received are exactly what I needed---basic earrings of excellent quality to wear with statement bracelets. But there is nothing "basic" about Kristin's fabulous customer service! She is exceptionally responsive, kind, attentive and generous!

The earrings are enchanting - perfect design and the soft gray pearls look great with the oxidized silver. The shop was very accommodating by upgrading the shipping so I would receive the earrings before Christmas - How great is that!
