COVID-19 delays: I am continuing to work hard to get your orders out as soon as possible; however, COVID-19 is causing some wicked shipping delays that are outside of my control. Some orders are taking weeks to arrive, so if you want some extra peace of mind, please upgrade to expedited shipping to ensure that your order arrives promptly.
CUSTOM ORDERS: I am happy to work with you on a custom order; however, this needs to be done via a custom listing rather than adding a note onto a regular order. 5 out of 5 starsWhen my shipment was lost/delayed by Canada Post, seller was quick to respond and sent out a replacement immediately. Really enjoyed that seller included a hard card (like a credit card) with instructions and to use to transfer the vinyl to item. This was my first time transferring vinyl and I think I did a pretty good job at it. Only a couple of small bumps that is only noticeable if someone looks closely. Love the item and love becoming more organized!
