Welcome
We offer so many items and services that we can't include them all! If there is anything you need personalized, designed or cut with laser precision just convo us and we can set up a private listing for your needs! We can help you or your products stand out! Please note my lead time my shop policies as they may have changed since your last purchase.
Payment
Prefer Paypal. Will accept personal check or money orders, however those items will not be shipped until payment is received and clears, please contact me if you need this option. Same goes for a paypal e-check - they can add a few days to your item being shipped.
Sorry Tennessee neighbors, but we must charge TN sales tax for items shipping to TN.
If you are on a tight deadline - I will do everything within my power to accommodate you, just let me know. But please remember that no orders will be started until payment is received in full. I hope you can understand ;)
Shipping
Most items will ship within 7 business days of approval of sample and payment is completed (which ever happens last). Most items will not be started until payment is made.
Insurance available upon request before check out.
All US shipments where shipping within the US will carry delivery confirmation (tracking info available, contact me if you need it - it will be sent to you automatically via email when I print the label *will be sent to the paypal email address you used at checkout). I will upgrade to any shipping you would like to pay for, just ask before check out and I will update your listing.
If you are outside of the US, any kind of shipping that carries tracking info is pretty pricey but can be added - please ask before you pay for your listing, I will look up how much and let you know.
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of the personalization of most items, refunds are not issued unless of course you received the wrong item or item not as described. I will work with you however to resolve any issues you may have.
Additional Policies and FAQs
****My process when a custom order is ordered:
1. Request font and text
2. General layout
3. If there is artwork, have it sent to my email by customer
4. I compose a mock up or photo sample based on the above
5. Get customer feedback – repeat #4 if necessary. Please allow up to 48 hours between revisions or a first draft - I also have a part time job and a hint of a life ;) If it has been longer, please contact me in case of a technical glitch! No question will go unanswered intentionally. My email is awynn73 [!at] yahoo.com if you need it.
6. After approval make the order and ship within 7 business days
****What I do and don’t do:
1. Each order starts in a blank template and immediately is changed to the customer’s name. Then any artwork, logos, etc are imported directly into that file and not saved elsewhere on my computer. This keeps all stock clipart and the customer’s clip art separate.
2. Commercial clip art is extremely pricey. If a customer asks for a “deer” to be put on an item, I cannot guarantee that the same deer won’t be used elsewhere. For me to take each clip art item out of my library once it used for any item would require at least a double or triple of prices.
3. Most of my clip art is obtained online from a royalty free public domain site or what came with my graphic program and easily accessible by anyone
4. I do not open other customer’s files for clip art, text or fonts (not by habit or request)
****Your responsibility as a customer:
1. Make sure designs are your own and copyright free to be on the legal side of things
2. Make payment prior to work being started
3. Check messages daily to look for mock ups /photos – I request approval before any order is completed
4. Understand that the approval is final and is how order will be made, please review carefully
5. If you are international customer, please do not ask me to falsify custom documents. I do not mark a package as gift when it is fact merchandise. It is a federal offense here and punishable by fines and/or jail time. You are responsible for all taxes and duties that may be charged by your country on imported goods from The United States of America.
****Advice when coming up with designs/ideas:
1. Please respect others' work; please don’t send photos of others' works as examples of what you would like made. You wouldn’t want someone to do the same of your work. If you had items made previously by someone else and would like me to make more of that item, which would be just fine as long as the design is yours and wouldn’t violate previous maker’s rights.
2. I will not violate obvious copyrights – please don’t ask.
3. I cannot copyright things for you. If you want certain things copyrighted, you will need to file this on your own. You would be surprised at what is not copyrightable.
****Things to consider:
1. I love and respect all my customers – even the difficult ones ;)
2. It is entirely possible someone had the same idea as you and if you have any concerns, please contact me anytime. I can promise that I cannot keep all 4000 customer files in my head and know when something is replicated or duplicated – it would be impossible for me to guarantee you that I could. In all possibility, you were not the first person to order a similar item.
3. While you may not want another person making a component similar to yours, if I tell them no – there are 1000’s of other people who will unknowingly make them the exact same thing. Please don't assume if you see someone with something similar I sold your design. If I at least make them something similar, I can guide it in a bit different direction to help your item specific to you. Especially if your item is not copyrightable, they will have it made anyway.
4. It is completely possible another customer will request (or has previously – and most likely the case) the same or similar text in the same or similar font, to prevent this, draft your own design or pay a graphic designer to create a specific one for you if you don’t have the means to do so – add your own logo to identify it as yours.
