Current approximate wait time for proofs:

5-7 days for custom designs and 3-5 days for pre-made designs
Most pre-made orders:

take 7-10 days to complete, depending on add on's and your availability to approve proofs.
Custom work can take a bit longer, depending on my workload, but the general rule is:

Custom orders such as small ad or banner -10 days
Custom bundled orders such as Etsy shop sets and Facebook page sets -14-21 days
Blogs, websites 21-30 days
**Contact me: I use the Etsy iPhone app to stay connected with my shop, so most of the time I am very quick to respond to messages. I teach on the weekends, so I may not respond right away if you contact me then, but the first thing I do Monday morning is check my shop and respond to my messages.
