This shop is a joint effort between my Dad and I, he does the hooks, I do the bears!

Wood crochet hooks are wonderful to work with as the wood actually absorbs the heat from your hands, allowing you to crochet for longer than what you normally would be able to using a metal hook.

The feel of a natural wood hook in your hand is indescribable if you've never used a wood hook and have only used metal hooks.

There is plenty of solid wood to hold on to...and the wood will actually become even smoother than what it is now with continued use over the years to come. You will receive years of enjoyment from using a wood crochet hook!

Wood crochet hooks are the only hooks I use when I do all my crocheting!

p.s: Yes, you are reading the shipping costs correctly! Shipping is expensive here in Canada! And YES, it does actually cost more to ship something within my own country than it does to the U.S! Can you believe that? AND the cost of sending a parcel just went up! Please don't think I'm trying to make extra off the cost of shipping - as I don't! I ship everything Small Parcel Surface which includes insurance - it's just NOT trackable.

I CANNOT offer $2.00 un-insured shipping to the U.S on Crochet Hooks as the package is too thick to do so! The cost listed for shipping to the U.S. is the cheapest way to send it!
