WORLDWIDE CUSTOMERS: Laptop sleeves and canvas totes usually do NOT go through customs and you won't have to pay any further fees. Larger goods usually go through customs and you will have to pay import fees and taxes on receipt. The rules and regulations vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details.

The BUYER is responsible for any taxes or duty fees.

All orders regardless of location are shipped by EMS postal couriers/priority air mail (unless otherwise stated in the description) which means that you should receive your order promptly. To the US it is usually a little bit over a week and to Australia/Oceania less than 2 weeks.

(UPDATE FEB 2011) Production times for sleeves are about 3-4 days.

Items that are listed as READY TO SHIP ship within 1-2 business days. If your item did not have this information in the listing it is MADE TO ORDER and there is a small production period of up to 7 days unless stated otherwise.

We are in the process of building our inventory to better keep up the demand for our products. Most of our items are READY TO SHIP Therefore you may see more than one of a specific item. If the item is not made it is clearly marked MADE TO ORDER in the listing and will require 3-10 days to be made prior shipment
