Rick Baldwin has been editorial cartoonist for Chattanooga, Tennessee's alternative weekly newspaper, The Pulse since 2004. He was cartoonist for Knoxville, Tennessee's Metro Pulse from 1992-2004 during which time he was not only editorial cartoonist but creator of the comic strip "All The World." His cartoon strip "Outta Toon" first appeared in CCM Magazine in 1987 and ran until 2000.
Rick's editorial cartoons have won several awards, and appeared in many publications, including the yearly book collection "Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year."
