* Just about everything is in the Item Description, listed processing times, and listed shipping times. Accept the latest projected arrival date as estimated by Etsy and be pleasantly surprised if receipt is sooner than expected. Tracking is provided in your Purchases for every shipment unless you order a single magnet internationally. Once a product leaves my hands, I have no control over the transit time and timing of its arrival.

Returns/Exchanges:
There are no returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. This includes all palette & paint canvas clocks with or without lettering.
Regarding Personalized orders:
IF the item description says personalization is available (& the item description will say so):
All personalized/custom worded items require both checkout notes and a mockup/proof approval prior to production. See individual listings for complete requirements regarding the information needed. You will be contacted via Etsy Messages shortly after you place your order with a mockup to approve. Please monitor your Inbox. I will not create your order until the custom wording has been approved.
Gift wrapping and packaging
