Hello and welcome.
ripe lip balms, perfume oils, soap, and bath salts are handmade with mainly natural ingredients, no preservatives, no dyes, and no animal testing. The flavor oils contained in the lip balms are not meant to be tasted and are without sweeteners. The perfume oils and soap do contain fragrances that are either natural or a mix of synthetic and natural, so they will irritate you if you are sensitive to fragrance. ripe bath salts are made entirely of all natural, vegan ingredients.

Payment
Please make payment as soon as possible after purchasing. I accept Direct Checkout using a credit card or Paypal. Please note that your state may charge sales tax when using Direct Checkout or Paypal.
Credit card users can can still use Paypal without an account, simply follow the check out process as a guest.
If you cannot make payment within 48 hours, please contact me, otherwise I will re-list the item if 48 hours have lapsed and no payment has been made.

Shipping
I ship items via USPS mail approximately twice a week. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days when shipping to the United States, and the time frame can be from 1 to 2 weeks or more for international orders.
Your purchase will ship to the address on file with Etsy or with Paypal, please make sure it is up to date.
I do not offer refunds for lost or damaged items in most cases, but please contact me as soon as possible if something does arrive damaged. Take pictures and send them to me within 24 hours of receipt as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
International Buyers:
If you are in a country that is not listed for available shipment, please contact me.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. I use as little packaging materials as possible and I do re-use packing materials when I can. The mailer your order comes in is recyclable and the muslin bag can be re-used as a sachet or for storage of small items. Also, all of my containers are recycle friendly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of these products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be aware that a fragrance may differ in smell according to each individual, especially with varying pH levels on the skin and descriptions are merely there to give you an idea of what an item may smell of (everyone's olfactory perception is different!). Also, batches of products will often vary from batch to batch because of their handmade nature. If you have any problem whatsoever with your order, please contact me and I will work with you to make it right, as again, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me.
Additional Policies and FAQs
At this time I do not take custom orders and some flavors or fragrances may not be available at all times as I work in small batches.
I can create a custom listing for larger quantities above what is offered in store at a discount depending on the availability of raw ingredients. Please contact me if you are interested in this.
None of the statements made here have been evaluated nor endorsed by the Federal Drug Administration. Items from my shop are not intended to cure, diagnose, treat, or prevent any ailment, condition or disease. If you have allergies, some products do contain certain ingredients which derive from nuts, so please read the ingredients list carefully to be sure. Also, if you are pregnant or nursing, please consult your physician before using any products containing essential oils. Please note that some essential oils, specifically citrus based ones, are photosensitive, so you should avoid bright sun exposure for 24 hours. All products are for external use only.
