Rocks And Reiki, Inc. is a dream that has been in the manifesting stages for years now! We share many beautiful gifts from the earth, such as crystals, gemstones, handmade jewelery (often made with gemstones) and amazingly smelling hand-made candles that help energize your world!

The items that we share, we also bless with Reiki energy. Reiki, simply put means Universal (Rei) Life Force Energy (Ki). That Universal Life Force is in all of us, and all of the earth. By having something blessed with Reiki energy - it means that the stones, jewelery or candle will radiate a loving glow of healing Universal Energy, to whoever holds it, wears it, or has it in their room. The owner of Rocks And Reiki, Inc is a Reiki Master and Teacher, so if you have questions about Reiki - feel free to ask! Likewise if you would like to learn Reiki, we can teach you!

Rocks And Reiki, Inc. is owned & run by Starlene Breiter RMT. her mother Ann, daughter Ellie & sometimes cousin Tina.

Starlene is an Aquarius with 4 planets in Aquarius and a Taurus rising. Through these wonderful transits for being an artist and business person, she has a flair for the creative world and is great at communicating, creativity and business alike. She has been growing this business for 10+ years now and just recently incorporated it because of its wonderful growth - this new Etsy shop is a result!

Starlene creates beautiful works of art that you can wear! I love to make jewelery with meaning, and that is mostly what you will find in my shop. You will also see candles and gemstones too, and all of my goodies are energized with Reiki energy to bring positive vibes in your life! One the rare occasion Ann and Ellie may make something as well, but we always note that in the item which one was made by anyone other then Starlene. Starlene also blesses every item with Reiki unless you ask her not to!

My mother Ann, daughter Ellie and cousin Tina help me run my online businesses so if you contact me, you may get a reply from any one of us here. We all work collectively together to take photographs, ship items and list items.

If your curious about Reiki or anything metaphysical feel free to have a conversation with me about any of my crafts or even reiki! I am always happy to meet new people, being an Aquarius, I tend to collect cool people! ;)

Our philosophy about making handcrafted items and selling them here on Etsy is pretty simple...
1. Make quality items
2. Price our items at a reasonable and fair price so our clients and customers can enjoy them and not have a hole in their pocket.
3. Communicate with the buyers so they know what is going on!
4. Have fun while doing it!

We work to be a good Etsy sellers and we totally love what we do. It is a fun job to make things that people love and enjoy. It makes us feel happy as pie to be able to share our talents with others! We really enjoy talking to others, so if there is something you see but would like a little different, just convo us and ask! We get a lot of my inspiration from talking with people and sharing my knowledge with them.

Payment

We prefer PayPal for purchases, simply because it is safe for you, the buyer, and it is quick for us to get the item out to you. If you don't have a PayPal account, it is simple to set up and totally safe since you don't have to give your credit or debit card out to anyone but PayPal. Check out their website if you don't have one. We have been using PayPal for over 10 years now.

We need to get the payment within 10 days or we will relist the item. If you're paying via PayPal the money gets to me instantly (unless you pay via an e-check with PayPal, then it is a few days).

If for some reason you need more then 10 days to get the money to us, convo us and as long as we keep an open line of communication between us, I probably won't relist your item, but we NEED to communicate if that is the case.

Shipping

Shipping Terms:
We usually ship once sometimes twice a week. So it may take a few days to mail your order out or it may take a week to mail it out to you. In the absolute longest case, it can take 14 days to get it out, but that is really unusual, often we ship on Tuesdays & Friday/Saturdays..

If you need it right away or priority just start a conversation with us and let us know. We will do my best to accommodate. :)

If you purchase enough rocks, we will upgrade your shipping from First Class to Priority mail, but it depends on how many you purchase and how much it weighs.

Buyers are responsible for any sales tax and customers from outside the US are responsible for any customs charges.

PLEASE check your PayPal address for accuracy as it is the one we use for shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance, please convo us before completing your purchase and we will get a cost quote and revised invoice for you. We package our pieces well and cannot be held responsible for what happens to the package once they are delivered to the postal service.

If your order is a gift and you would like it shipped to a different address, just let us know in the “Message to Seller” area. Include the recipient’s name and full address and any message you would like us to include on an enclosed gift card.

Refunds and Exchanges

We will accept items back for a full refund (minus shipping) if you are totally not happy with your purchase. We are rather descriptive in our ads so you know what you are buying, before you buy it. It is our job to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and we will work hard to make sure that is the case.

Our goal is to create a nice customer base and have you come back when your looking for something new or a present or just window shopping, so we will work diligently to make that happen!
