For the foundation of this bracelet I created 15 altered art charms using images taken directly from a Disney's Cinderella Children's Book.

Those charms hang from a silver charm bracelet (approximately 7 1/2" and finished with a lobster clasp). The charms are accented by approximately 10 charms inspired by the story of Cinderella. Some of the charms include:

This altered art charm bracelet is very different from the ones I usually make. I made it for a contest and am very proud of it. To make this bracelet I created five square picture charms using images from colorful Victorian Halloween cards. The altered art charms hang from a bracelet that I made from multiple types of chain. The charms are complimented by large hole beads and beaded dangles.

The bracelet itself is an approximately 7 1/2" and is finished with a lobster clasp.

Disney's Bolt Altered Art Key Necklace by rockshanks

To make this necklace I took an old found key and turned it into something completely new. My mother and father take frequent walks around their neighborhood in Southern California. During those walks my mother looks for things that I can use to make jewelry. She has collected numerous lost keys, which I am now using to create these fun necklaces.

The picture on this necklace is repurposed from a Disney's Bolt Story Book. I cut out an image of Bolt and his girl, glued it on the front of the key, and covered it with resin. The finished product hangs by a jump ring from a 24" silver ball chain.

Finding Nemo Altered Art Washer Necklace by rockshanks

To make this necklace I took old found washers and turned them into something completely new. My mother and father take frequent walks around their neighborhood in Southern California. During those walks my mother looks for things that I can use to make jewelry. She has collected numerous lost keys and large washers, which I am now using to create these fun necklaces.

The design on this necklace is repurposed from a Disney's Finding Nemo children's book. I cut out pictures of Nemo and his fellow captives in the dentist's fish tank, glued the paper onto the washers, and covered the pieces with resin. I glued two different size washers together to make the piece more dimensional. The finished product hangs by glue on bale from a 24" silver ball chain.
