I have a small flock of Icelandic sheep that I produce natural colored yarn from.
Icelandic sheep are dual coated. The outer, longer fiber is called the Tog, and tends to be more waterproof and rough to touch. The inner fiber, called the thel, is loftier and softer to the touch. When the two fibers are blended together into yarn, it is called lopi.
I have several colors of lopi available. The colorways are named for the sheep the wool came from!
