• You can pay with Etsy direct checkout system that will allow you to pay by credit card, PayPal, Google pay, Apple Pay and many more, including the Etsy Gift Card.

• We are currently working on reservations and payment plans for items over 100€. We hope to be ready at the beginning of 2021. Feel free to contact us if you are interested.

• We would not like you to have buyer's remorses so you can cancel any order within one hour of purchase or contact us so we can help you on a case by case basis.

If you were not fully happy with your purchase you will be able to return it to us.

• Vintage items are sometimes considered only for a party or as a costume so keep in mind that for MÅNDAG to accept your return and refund you, the items must be in the exact same condition as they were delivered to you : unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with their tag still on.

• From delivery day you have 14 days to contact us about your decision to return your order, ship it back and provide us a tracking number for the parcel.

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. They will not be refunded.

• Within 10 days of delivery we will check the conformity of the returned item and then refund you according to the refund policies below.

• Unclaimed parcels that are returned to me are not considered like regular returns (find more informations after the part about refunds)

• If everything is fine with the item you returned, we will refund you 100% of the price you paid on Etsy if you live in the European Union.
If you return the item from a non-E.U. country, we will refund the price of the returned piece but the refund will not include the shipping cost you paid on Etsy. Any customs fee that applied can't be refunded either since mutine • mutine didn't charge them.

• If the item you sent back have been worn, washed, altered and/or if the tag is missing you will not receive a full refund as we will deduce a 20 to 50% compensation fee. This will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

• An unclaimed parcel is not considered as a regular return so different terms and conditions apply.

• It usually took months to get delivered back, with no tracking nor notice so the pieces have to be washed and pressed once again after so much time in transit. I also have to pay a fee to get the piece back because return shipping is not free.

• If for some reason you were not able to get your parcel but are still willing to receive it, you'll be charged once more for the shipping cost and I'll gladly ship the order back to you.

• If you have buyer remorses and didn't cancel the order before it shipped, not claiming the parcel on purpose might not be the best option because I will refund the price of the order minus a restocking fee of 35% to compensate for the return shipping cost and the extra work required.

• We are located in the South of France we ship worldwide with tracking number and, in most cases signed for deliveries.

• Some items do not fit in our recycled or compostable enveloppes so they will most likely be packed in pre-used boxes. If you prefer a brand new box instead of a recycled one, please contact us prior to order and expect a small additionnal cost.

• Orders ship 1 to 5 business days after your purshase and then delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days for European Union and 10 to 25 business days for other countries. COVID-19 restrictions may cause some delays.

• As a buyer you will be responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Those will not be refunded if you return your order.

• The package will be shipped to the address you selected on Etsy. If the address is incomplete or wrong and the parcel can't be delivered, you'll get the same options as per unclaimed parcels.
However, if I made a mistake, I will of course either ship it back with no additional cost or fully refund you as soon as the package is returned.

• If your order gets lost or damaged in transit we will usually consider refund you 50% of the item cost or give you a store credit of 100% of the item cost. We will review each situation on a case by case basis and with an open mind.
