Hello, welcome to Royal Buffet! I am Mollie Greene I love to make lovely things with paper. In addition to creating quality paper goods that are unique and beautiful, I strive to use recycled papers in nearly every creation. I love to make something wonderful out of something forgotten.

I currently accept payment via paypal only. In an effort to keep our goods available to other customers, I reserve the right to cancel any unpaid orders after one week of ordering. Don't worry, I will send you a conversation in an effort to determine any delay in payment!
I send my paper goods via USPS. I do not typically insure my packages, but if you would like to have them insured, I can work that out with you. In an effort to avoid multiple weekly mailing trips, I will normally send packages on Tuesday or Wednesday each week. For example, if you order an item on Wednesday, I will not be shipping until the following week unless you specify a desperate need to have a beautiful mobile or yards of garland in your home immediately, in which case I may make an extra trip, just for you . . .
On occasion, due to demand, there may be a delay in my normal shipping routine. This means that I might not ship your items up to two weeks after ordering them. If you have a rush and need it fast, let me know and we can work something out. Again, this kind of delay depends on demand: normally your item ships in one week.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not currently issue refunds. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced. Due to the fragile nature of our paper goods (as they are made from paper...), I cannot replace items damaged through use in your home.

If you see anything that I have sold that is not currently for sale in my shop and you really think that you absolutely must have it, ask! I'll see if I can recreate the item for you.
Please remember that many of my goods are one-of-a-kind and are made when you order them, so they will most likely be a wee bit different than the item that I photographed for the shop. I can, however, promise equal loveliness.
