new message: Welcome to my little Etsy Shop! I wanted you all to know that I have another shop too...a brick and mortar antique shop called the "Antique Emporium" located in Houlton Maine. (Look up "Antique Emporium" on Facebook for a look inside.) My two shops are my full time job and I have many things for sale not listed in my Etsy shop, luggage, fur coats, books, pottery, baskets, primitives, victorian, mixed media supplies, etc. If you are looking for anything special that I don't have listed in my Etsy shop, give me a convo and I may have it. I will set up a special listing just for you. We can dicker just like we would at the Antique Emporium. You can see a lot of what I have for sale on my facebook page, Antique Emporium, or do a facebook friend request for Gina Parent and I will direct you there. I'm a busy little beaver trying to keep up with both shops and I want all of my friends to find the treasures they are looking for, so please convo me with your needs...I may have it, or I'll try to find it for you! Hi! You made it! I've been looking forward to showing you around my little neck of the woods! Welcome to Aroostook County "the forgotten half of Maine." I have quite an eclectic mix here, from victorian to primitive and handmade to crafting supplies. I think you'll find some good bargains here. (I always combine shipping to save you money!) Please read my shop policies and know that most of my items are pre-loved, pre-worn, or one of a kind artsy items. Also, in the winter we burn wood in our old cookstove, so my items sometimes have the ole woodsmoke smell. This smell may have carried over into the spring and summer, so I just wanted to let you know. Please look closely at pictures and ask questions if you need to. I try to describe things the best I can, but remember, if it's vintage, most likely it will not be perfect and will show some signs of wear, actually, to be honest with you, just about everything I sell is "perfectly imperfect" and what you are purchasing is "yours to keep and not to return!" Grab a cup O Joe (or a can of TAB) and root around! If you click on "Gallery" it may be easier for you to shop, as my items are kind of in a jumble. Convo me anytime, I'd love to hear from you!

PS I will now ship internationally providing the customer understands that I am unable to track the package unless it is sent priority, and I will provide insurance if the customer want to pay extra charges. International rates have just gone up in January 2013 and they are substantially higher than before which is a bummer for all of us!
