Hello, and welcome to Sacred Heart Gems. I strive to offer quality stones as metaphysical items for crystal healing and spiritual connection, or just for fashion. . I offer naturally formed crystals, as well as stones that have been shaped by others, and all have been wire wrapped into pendant form by myself. The only energy channeling done in their creation is to reconnect the stone to its source, deprogramming of the stone, and cleansing. These items are made for a purpose, and do not need anything else that will detract from their usefulness by wasting their energy channeling capabilities in areas that aren't naturally within the crystal structure of the stone. The metaphysical properties listed with the items are just a list of common reactions people have had to the stone type, and may differ to reactions actually felt by an individual. Everyone's energy is different, and because of this two different people will get different things from the same stone type. Metaphysical properties that are listed with each item, are just a guide. I also advise that crystal healing should be used to boost and help medical treatment, not replace it.

I also make jewelry from Polymer clay. I occassionally, but not always, use stones in these projects as well. If there are stones, it will be stated in the product description. Otherwise, they are just fashion jewelry created purely for fun and decoration

Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be satisfied and love their purchase. If there is any problem with their item, I'll do anything in my power to make it right. Please contact me prior to leaving a feedback.
If for any reason you should wish to return your purchase, you may do so and I will refund you the full price of the item, minus shipping fees, provided that the item has been unused and in the condition it was sent, within seven days of receipt and it arrives safely here.

Please understand that colors may vary from the computer display. I try to get the most accurate color, but screens vary, too.
Shipping
I ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation. Ready made items, shipping usually occurs within 3 days of the transaction completion. Costs for shipping are stated on each item within the US. Costs for shipping outside the US are calculated on where you are, and how fast you want to get it. If I do not list a cost for shipping where you live, contact me and I will figure out the cost of shipping, and add it to the listing. Insurance is not included in shipping costs, but are optional. I recommend insurance, as I cannot be liable for loss in shipment, or damages without it. Please keep your shipping address that is listed on Etsy up to Date :)
