An absolute stunner of a necklace. The pendant is solid and well made, and the flash from the labradorite is just gorgeous. Dawn was so great to work with when I requested a longer chain. I'll be watching this shop for my next purchase.

I purchased a gorgeous one-of-a-kind black onyx necklace from Sadie Jewelry Design. The piece is beautiful and of high quality as represented in the photo. Dawn was extremely responsive and mailed my order promptly. The packaging was neat and sweet, and included in the box were a few goodies including a cleaning cloth, a small organza bag, inspirational stickers and even two packaged matcha and raspberry tea bags. Highly recommend!

Sadie Jewelry Design Vintage, Found Object and Assemblage Jewelry

I started this shop in 2011. At that time I had just begun to decide what kind of jewelry I wanted to make. I've tried all types and styles of jewelry making. I suppose many go through that. I just couldn't decide what I wanted to concentrate on.

In (2014) i took a jewelry making class from a jewelry designer who I really admired. I loved her style and something stirred in me. The class started me on a path to silver smithing.
I can't tell you how excited I was to finally be on what I felt it was the right path for me in my jewelry making exploits. Life happened and I continued to develop my metalsmithing skills slowly and now i'm finally ready to put my creations out there for people to see.

I have a blog where I talk about what i'm doing and my new jewelry creations. I hope you will be as excited as I am and follow my journey. Watch as I evolve to finally find my own unique style of assemblage and found object jewelry.

Care instructions

As with any jewelry, it is best not to wear your jewelry in water and to keep it away from any harsh chemicals. With each order I include a small polishing cloth and an anti-tarnish strip to keep with your item in storage when not being worn. This will help to slow down the development of tarnish over time.
