I believe that creating things is truly joyous and I get absolute joy from people enjoying what I make. These are recipes I have been making for years for friends and family. I offer them after many times handing out recipes for drying and curing. I hope you enjoy these items as much as I have enjoyed creating them. Each one has a story and is someones favorite item.
