This jewelry collection uses square glass beads, putting a modern twist on a traditional fiber process. I create and show all of my pieces in a 750 sq ft live/work lofted studio in the Crossroads Art District of Kansas City, Mo.

My creative process is extremely intuitive. Each design is a unique pattern I’ve created, inspired by small instances in my daily life, travels abroad or architectural elements. When I create, I find something that inspires the pattern, color, or form, but maintain a flow throughout the process without preconceived notions of the finished piece.

As an interdisciplinary artist, I work with many different overlapping and interlocking concepts, investigating contemporary craft, design, and function. My interests range from fashion and interior design to bookbinding and have a variety of skills in multiple materials and processes including letterpress, photography, graphic design, fibers, papermaking, screen printing, sculpture and installation art.

I am an artist and entrepreneur in love with SO many materials and processes. This shop is an attempt to focus on one material, keep my hands and mind busy. Everything here is designed, produced, photographed and Handmade by Sara Cramer!

I believe that jewelry is very personal and should be unique to every woman. If you like what you see but want something in a different color combination or style, just ask! I love creating custom pieces!
