Hello, you are buying top of the line jewelry supplies or one of a kind hand made jewelry designed and made by me, Lisajoy Sachs. I have been designing since 1988 and guarantee that you will be satisfied with your purchases.
Payments will be accepted within 7 days of purchase or 14 days if you are sending a check or money order. My paypal account is set up so you can use cash, checks, and all major credit cards, Sales Tax applies to Purchases shipped to MD 6%. However I prefer Etsy direct check out.
We ship on Saturday's and Monday's. I have a real "Day Job" that keeps me from my studio, sorry for the inconvenience.
Sachs Design prides itself on helping the environment and that is why 90% of the materials used in packing/mailing are recycled; typically reused and/or biodegradable. A nice, new pretty box or envelope may not arrive at your door. If there is an item too large for the boxes we have we will purchase a 100% recycled box. We ask for you to pass this on – reusing if possible or recycling the material including paper, bubbles, and boxes that were used in your item’s delivery. It’s the little things that can add up!
Due to the high volume of items and the small size of the items I take special care to package the items very well. However accidents sometimes happen. For Domestic Shipping I use the USPS First Class postage with delivery confirmation. Occasionally I will ship Priority Mail. Items that require insurance will be shipped using Priority mail flat rate envelope or small box, with delivery confirmation. Please request insurance in a Convo prior to purchase if I need to adjust the price.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but that may not happen due to weird camera shots, lighting, etc. I am reasonable so,If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 15 days of receiving the item(s) - if the item(s) are damaged in shipping and you did not opt for the insurance the item(s) must be sent back (you must pay the shipping to me) however, you will get a credit for 50% of the item toward the purchase of one other item. If the item is damaged in shipping and you did choose to add the insurance then you will get a credit for the full value of the item (sorry you will still need to ship it back). I will make the claim to the post office.
Please Convo me prior to purchase to make other arrangements, I am totally flexible, and will make exceptions to the rules most of the time. I am now accepting returns if you are not happy with your items, but you must tell me within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Returns can be sent to SAXDSIGN, PO Box 39544, Baltimore, MD 21212.

This section applies to my own handmade Jewelry and lampwork glass beads only. Sorry no supplies are available for consignment at this time.
Special order items are welcome as long as I know I can do it in a reasonable time frame. All commission designs require an advance, usually 1/3 the total cost of the commission. The advance is nonrefundable and will cover invested time, labor, and materials.
I absolutely LOVE consignment, and TRADING, and welcome it with open hands. I only trade using ETSY Trading guidelines and WILL NOT TRADE OFF the ETSY site at all. Please do not even ask, it is against Etsy's Rules and Policy.
