I have recently upgraded to the finest quality of sterling silver chains - they are now .9mm sterling silver chains and come from Italy rather than China. You have your choice of link chain, ball chain or box chain with every necklace order. A chain of my choice will be provided unless otherwise specified. My chains are covered for 60 DAYS! If your chain happens to break within 60 days of your original purchase, send it back to me for a free replacement!

Each letter is individually hammered onto the disks by hand. No machinery is involved. While I do strive for perfection, I am human, and there may be slight variations in the spacing and depth of each letter and design - this gives your personalized piece character and whimsy! No two pieces will ever be the same - adding to the uniqueness of your custom-made piece!
