I will not be taking on any new custom orders for a while as I plan to work on several new designs this year to keep things fresh for my wonderful customers :)
I may still be willing to remake items I have made in the past...doesn't hurt to ask!

Payment

I prefer payment through Paypal but can also take international money orders from the US.

Shipping

Packages are shipped to the address you specify on your Etsy order. If you require a different address than on your invoice, please notify me by convo

Most packages are shipped by Canada Post airmail, there is no tracking #
If you require a tracking # please contact me for a shipping quote.

Some packages, especially the larger ones will be shipped by courrier service within Canada and the US, courrier service requires a telephone # in case of problems delivering.

I usually ship twice in the week.

Refunds and Exchanges

Plush is returnable within 7 days of receipt as long as they are returned in the same condition as when shipped out. Items returned will be refunded the full purchase price less shipping.


Workmanship Defects:
If a plush arrives defective please e-mail me within 7 days of receipt so a return can be arranged. At the buyer's choice I will either remake the toy or accept a return for full purchase price less shipping.


Returning a Custom Order:
Refunds are offered for commissions and custom orders only in the case of workmanship defects. Due to the nature of custom orders, I cannot offer exchanges. Please be very careful when placing a custom order and approving the photos provided of your completed item.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Scrumptious Delight toys are made using polyester stuffing that is made from 100% recycled materials.
I do try to re-use envelope, boxes and packaging materials where possible :)
