Welcome
Handmade bag & accessory shop SeabreezeStudio was launched in the UK by Yukiko Kamioka in 2005. In April 2010 Yukiko the designer & producer relocated to her home country Japan. All items are lovingly handmade by Yukiko Kamioka at her new workshop. Produced in limited numbers some as are one-of-a-kind, with 60-70s inspired retro fabrics. seabreezestuduio’s products are carefully designed for everyday use and should last for long time.

Payment
We accept PayPal in USD and instant payment required. If you wish to pay by bank transfer (JPY only) please contact us or leave a note when you order through etsy.
If we cannot confirm payment within 3 days the order will be canceled automatically.
Shipping
Default shipping method:
Domestic: Standard (Teikeigai)
International: Standard airmail small packet(upto 500g/17.50oz of weight)
Please note standard shipping method is not included postal and contends insurance
and unable to trace the packet.

Custom charging:
Note that the displayed shipping rates do not include any tariffs or taxes that may be required in the destination country. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or customs office prior to ordering if you have any questions about additional fees that may be imposed.
Delivery time
Stocked items: dispatched within 3 working days. Made to order items: You will be giving estimated shipping date when you orders placed. If you need to have your order rushed, please state at note in etsy order form.

NB1：Shipping cost All shipping cost is calculated based on size, weight and destination. Combined shipping cost is automatically calculated for multiple purchases.
NB2: Please note we use recycled packaging as much as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it. Returns must be made within 7 days of being received. Items must be unused and in original condition. Item(s) must be returned via registered mail. Postal charges are not refundable unless item is faulty.

Sold out/out of stock items:
seabreezestudio products are all handcrafted and a lot of items are limited quantity or one-of-a-kind. However, we can reproduce some items as long as materials are still in stock. Please contact me for a made to order inquiry.
Product images:
Every effort has been made to ensure the products have been represented as truthfully as possible, yet with differences in computer screens and personal interpretation colour and texture may vary.
Measurements:
Because all items are handcrafted, measurements are approximate.
Custom orders:
I will take custom orders for existing or sold out from my shop designs only, as long as the materials are still available.
Please note I cannot take following requests:
1) change of dimensions
2) new designs for individual customers
3) materials provided by customers
