Welcome to Secret Stash Sock Yarn LLC. I have several different base yarns to choose from. The following 4 are my "every day" yarns that I will always have in stock. I will occasionally have different yarn bases, and they will be described in the listing.
Softy is fingering weight 3 ply 100% merino and as the name implies is very soft.
Springy is also fingering weight 100% merino, but is a very springy yarn and 2 ply.
Sturdy is fingering weight 4 ply, 75% merino and 25% nylon. The addition of nylon makes it a bit more sturdy.
Squeezable is almost sparkly. It is 50% superwash merino and 50% tencel. Tencel makes the yarn soft, durable and comfortable. This is a bit of a thicker fingering weight, which is how I prefer my sock yarn.
