I had questions initially about the item and all my questions were promptly addressed. I ordered 2 hats one black and one green, they look amazing. I embellished them a bit by adding a cute button in the middle of the flower.

I’ve been shopping around for a veil I can use for warm weather and I wanted something black however, I did not want to get the traditional all black one. So when I saw this veil, it caught my eye and immediately knew this could be what I’ve been searching for. The one I saw on the model was short and had to ask questions regarding sizes. The seller was very prompt and helpful in answering all my queries! Even sent me additional pictures so I can compare the sizes. This veil looks so much better in person! The design changes its shade depending on the lighting. It also has a vintage look but does not make you look old. The material is soft and has elegant look and feel to it. Exactly what I want, it’s unique and will stand out, yet not catch too much attention. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

QUALITY?
In knit and crochet products, 2 things are very important.
The first one is the material : I always use highest quality yarns whether it is acrylic or wool.
The second one is the quality of the stitches. I have been knitting and crocheting since 35 years. My experience is very sufficient for all these nice products. For the quality of my products, please see the detailed images and read my feedbacks written by my previous customers :

Discounted Shipping For Multiple Items
The shipping rate varies depends on the amount you would like to order and your country. I have a primary shipping cost for each product and the secondary cost applies when you add into your cart multiple, different listings within my shop at the same time. This cost is always dramatically lower than the primary cost. Etsy calculates the total cost automatically.
Gift wrapping and packaging

Registered mail, signature confirmation, tracking number?
All of my orders will have a tracking number.
I usually send with a signature confirmation (except US regular shipping) .
If there is no one at your address during day time, please send me a message to cancel signature confirmation.
Care instructions
• I discourage the use of washing machine, since even the wool program can make garments lose their shape and in the worst cases lead to shrinking. Thus, please wash it on hand.
• Wash using plenty of water, and if possible, separately. Never let it soak.
• Only use detergents that are made specifically for washing wool and other fine fibers, or a PH-neutral, dye free detergent.
• Always shape it, and lay it flat to dry. Never dry in direct sunlight.
Return
We want you to be happy with the shopping experience. All we ask you to do is provide a photo of the subject within 3 days of receipt. The buyer must return within 5 days of agreement and must be postmarked within 45 days from order date. We do not accept returns of damaged and used products of any kind. All returns should be in original condition & shipped in same or similar packaging. Shipping & handling fees are buyers’ responsibility and are non-refundable.
