Payment
All sales are final within 48 hours of purchase. Any cancelled sales will result in a 20% Retainer Fee, paid to the seller, for time spent processing the order and allocating materials. This 20% fee is calculated from the total sale, and only charged if buyer chooses to cancel the sale after 48 hours of purchase.
All purchases must be paid for within 2 business days of original purchase. Accepted method of payment are Pay Pal and most major credit cards. If you need special consideration (money order, personal checks), you must contact the seller first with your request. Any purchases unpaid for after 2 business days will be cancelled and re-listed in the shop.
Shipping
If you'd like to purchase a shipping upgrade for an additional 25% fee, please convo me and I'll set up your Rush status. What this means for your order, is that it gets pushed ahead on my production list. Depending on the size/complication of your order I can most likely ship within 1-2 weeks. For my lovely customers that don't choose this option--I promise to thee, you're not getting skipped!! This upgrade just helps pay for extra studio hours. My standard schedule of 4-6 weeks still remains regardless of what Rush orders may come my way
Shipping prices cover the shipping materials and delivery charges.
All domestic orders will be shipped USPS Priority with shipping tracking/confirmation. If you prefer your purchase to be mailed with insurance, just mention it in the "message to seller" option at the time of purchase. I will recalculate, and notify you of the additional cost according to your specific location.
****For international buyers especially, these services are considerably more expensive and must be covered by the buyer****
All international orders will be shipped First Class International unless otherwise specified by buyer at the time of purchase. This does not include tracking/confirmation/or insurance. If you are concerned about international delivery please contact me about purchasing a shipping upgrade to International Express or Priority.
Any designs lost in transit by the post are NOT the responsibility of the seller. Please request delivery insurance if this service is something you are interested in, or feel you may need.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact the seller directly with any concerns regarding your ability to provide accurate measurements before purchase. I should not be held responsible for poor measuring. In the case that your garment does not fit properly, I am more than wiling to help resize your garment if I am contacted in a timely matter. If you choose to not opt for resizing, custom built garments may be eligible for a refund--minus a 50% restocking fee. Infinity scarves and pre-sized items (standard sized items, not sized specifically for you) are eligible for a full refund if claimed within 5 days of receipt. All refunds are issued minus any shipping and handling fees, as the buyer must pay all shipping costs. Your purchase will be refunded AFTER the seller receives the returned item in the same condition it was mailed to you in.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Handmade garnments take time. Please allow for a 4-5 week production period before I am able to ship your lovingly made garment.
