5 out of 5 starsSherry is a doll. There was a slight mix-up with the bags and she made me another one that was exactly what I wanted. She responded to my questions within 10 minutes and I always felt like I was being treated like a king. The case couldn't be better and I am officially her #1 fan!

3 out of 5 starsThe item never shipped and I had to contact the seller several times and file a non-delivery report before I received any communication from the her. Once I filed everything she contacted me and was polite, but I was not pleased with the fact that it took three months for me to receive contact and a refund.

1 out of 5 starsThis is the first negative feedback I have had to give on Etsy. I paid for this laptop sleeve on 7/4th. It is now 7/29th and I still have not received the sleeve. Seller had told me she had been sick and would get it in the mail, but then she delayed mailing the item again and this is over a week later and I still haven't received the item. I attempted to get a refund from Sherry, but she has not responded to my request. This has been quite frustrating.
