****NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: To our clients, customers and friends: As most of you know, I've been extremely sick from late December to date with our new little baby on the way. We've been trying for several years and it has not been an easy process. As a (mostly) one woman shop, this has proved quite challenging and we are working quite hard to get caught up. Sadly, we've received some negative feedback during this process although we've remained in communication with our shoppers - giving full and partial refunds when needed. Most of our items are made to order, meaning they take some time to make, and we need our customers to read all of the listing and policies (especially when it comes to international purchases) so they know what to expect. To dispel any concerns, please contact us regarding purchases, custom orders, etc or feedback we have received - we LOVE working with you and have been able to do so since 2009 with little to no negative experiences.
