Payment

currently I accept Paypal payment only.

Shipping

I am located in Canada and ship via Canada Post by air. I am usually able to ship within 48 hours of payment.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

CANADA - within one week.
USA - 6 to 10 business days.
OVERSEAS - 6 to 10 business days.

If your parcel has failed to arrive in this window (starting on the date it was marked "shipped") please let me know via Etsy conversation.

I ship to the address provided on Etsy unless otherwise advised.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns under normal circumstances. If you feel that an item has been drastically misrepresented, please convo me and we will try to work something out!
