Now, the practical stuff…
I only accept Paypal payments and appreciate payments to be made immediately after purchase.
Items are well packaged and shipped in a bubble-mailer envelope within 3 business days after payment is received.
All items will be shipped via Canada Post 1st Class Air Mail. This DOES NOT include insurance or tracking.
If you'd like to purchase insurance or require a quicker shipping method, please contact me for options and prices.
For customers outside of Canada: Items may take 1-3 weeks to arrive at your door. Please be patient, customs on both ends of the transaction are often responsible for the delay.
Please note: Any taxes, tariffs and/or customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Sorry, I do not offer local pick-ups at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please feel free to contact me as soon as possible if there are any concerns with your order so that we can work something out.
You can return your item for a full refund (excluding the original shipping fee) within 15 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition.

All items are created in a non-smoking, no pet environment.
