Below are a few policies and bits n pieces of information. If your question isn't answered, just ask! Convo us or email rsvp @ shopinviting . com and we'll help you out.
Generally we ship via USPS first class mail, unless otherwise specified. Personalized cards go Priority. Why? Because they're extra special.
Whenever possible, we ship next business day. Custom cards are often printed the following Saturday, and go out by that Tuesday.
Weddings and Events take longer to print and will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but generally they ship via UPS Ground and will go out the Tuesday after printing is complete. We'll send you a tracking number for you to follow its journey.
Refunds and Exchanges
For wedding orders, since you pay in full upfront, if you need to cancel your order, here's how the refund breaks down:
if you cancel before you approve the design, 75% back
if you cancel before printing is scheduled, 50% back

Regarding Custom Items:
We will print the text exactly as you sent it to us and will produce a stationery set that looks exactly like your approved proof. Should you notice a slight variation in color on the completed product, remember that one of the beautiful aspects of letterpress printing is that all printing and inking is done by hand, not digitally, and so a slight, but lovely variation in color might be expected.
