please read carefully all our shop policies regarding shipping, tax & returns before placing your order at www.etsy.com/shop/shopkei/policy. all orders are processed mondays through fridays (our studio is closed during the weekends) & usually ship within 1 to 4 business days via USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted. please note that if you purchase a pre-order item, your entire order will ship once the backordered piece is in stock. US orders can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to arrive after they've been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL customers: if you want to to ensure a faster delivery, we strongly recommend you upgrade your shipping to USPS International Priority Mail. the flat rate cost for this service is $23.95 & $19.95 for Canada. USPS International Priority Mail takes aprox. 6-12 business days to arrive after the order has been shipped. the shipping service that is automatically calculated at checkout is USPS standard first-class parcel mail with insurance. this service can take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks to arrive depending on any delays along the way. your order will include a USPS Customs Declaration number as proof of shipment. this number will help you track your package inside the US, but we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave the US. we are not responsible for any import duties & tax fees associated with your purchase. please check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order.
