Payment
PayPal is the only method of payment accepted.
Payment is expected upon purchase or within 48 hours. If no payment is made after 48 hours, we re-list the item. Please email us if you need more time to pay.
Shipping
US Domestic Orders:
All US priority shipping is a flat $6 shipping fee and an additional $4 for each additional item. La Rousse orders are shipped USPS- First Class/Priority Mail which takes up to 2 - 7 business days.
International Orders:
La Rousse will ship anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days). We charge a flat $15 USD shipping fee and an additional $6 for each additional item. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be granted if an item was greatly misrepresented. Refunds and exchanges due to fit will not be accepted.

Please bear in mind that unless otherwise stated, most garments have been worn and pre-loved. They will show some signs of wear, but we will describe everything in as much detail as possible.
