SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIME

All of our shirts & sweatshirts are created at our shop located in Cumming, GA.
Each order is made in the order we receive them.

Our items ship out within 3-5 business days.

We do our best to create and ship everyone's order as quickly as we can.

Shipping Methods
First Class (3-5 business days in transit)
Priority (2-3 business days in transit)
Priority Express (1-2 business days in transit)

Please keep in mind that there are no guaranteed delivery dates.

Priority express is the only shipping method that is “guaranteed” and that only means that if it doesn’t get delivered by the date it says, you will get your money refunded.

DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, OUR PRODUCTION TIME MAY INCREASE. IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU ASAP.

International orders are sent via first class, which can take 10-21 days for delivery. Buyer is responsible for ALL duties/Customs.

If we have not ordered your item or started to make your item we will be able to make changes or cancel your order. However if the item has been made we will not be able to cancel or change your order.

Your expected ship date is listed in your Etsy account under your purchases. 3-5 BUSINESS days after you ordered.

Memento shop hours are Monday - Friday 9-5 Eastern. Our normal convo turn around time is between 2-5 hours. If you contact us outside of business hours, we’ll do our best to respond as soon as possible; however please be advised that you may not have a response until the following business day. We answer the convos in the order that we receive them the following business day.
