**IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! : Each of our picture frames is hand-built to order, starting with raw wood. This is a painstaking, multi-step process that we feel is well worth the wait. Typically our frames take 7 - 10 business days (MON - FRI) to complete from start to finish, but if you need something more quickly, please check our SAME-DAY SHIPPING section for items that are already built and are able to ship out immediately. If you are planning to order frames for an event on specific date, please contact us so we can be sure to have the frames shipped with plenty of lead time.
Again, we strive to get orders completed in 7-10 business days and occasionally we may need an extra day or two depending on how many orders we've received the same day -- they're each handmade with love! We try our best to get them out as soon as possible, but strive for quality over speed.
