Uplifting words. Spoken words. Words that have experienced life and lived to tell the tale.
My original artworks are mostly made from attractive pieces of discarded wood I find in rural France.
Each one of my pieces has an inspirational word and quote from one of the world's great visionaries such as Emerson, Thoreau, Buddha, Martin Luther King and Mother Teresa...to name but a few! Sometimes even Anonymous people have said great things!
They are designed to bring an attractive source of inspiration, a real positive reinforcement and a reminder that anything you believe is possible!
Each piece is carefully hand painted and calligraphed in non-toxic, high quality acrylic paints and natural pigment inks in a range of both soft and vibrant, stylish colours.
Some are in French, (they will have the English translation printed on the back) and some are in English. I like alternating between languages - it reflects my life here in France!
I am delighted to make custom orders and play with new colours (It makes up the bulk of my work here in France) so please don't hesitate to contact me...
