To those who haven’t received their purchase, she’s not in business. I tracked her down on fb and she’s refunded my money. She wasn’t aware etsy was still taking money for customer orders. Definitely a shame as it was a great looking cape but I’m pleased to have my money back. Also a bit odd that a seller can put their shop into vacation mode but etsy still takes orders

Never received the item paid the money but got nothing

Never received my order. Seller never replied to my messages. Very disappointing!

My product didn’t arrive at all and when I tried to contact the seller, I never received a reply, really disappointed as it looks like a great store.

Good quality, but took an extremely long time to get the decal off the backing. Instructions were quite minimal and made it seem easier than it was. Really tested my patience as it was individual letters not one big sheet Delivery took a while but that’s due to COVID delays which was fine arrived just in time.
