All items in my shop are made to order. Please allow 7-10 days for items to be produced prior to shipping. Brides, currently gift sets will take 3+ weeks to produce. Please contact me first if you need them sooner.

Caring for all silver jewelry: I recommend removing jewelry before sleeping, showering, or swimming. Water doesn't harm sterling silver, but chlorine and other chemicals contained in products, such as perfumes and lotions can trigger oxidation. This oxidation can be removed and is not a sign of inferior silver. It's what true sterling silver does. You can use a jewelry polish cloth or mix up your own baking soda solution.

Try placing a piece of aluminum foil on the bottom of a bowl. Then mix up one Tablespoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of table salt and 2 cups boiling water. Drop your silver jewelry into the sizzling water. Remove the jewelry in a few minutes and rinse. I would not put pearls or turquoise in the baking soda solution as they are very soft.

Standard shipping is USPS First Class and you will receive an e-mail through Pay Pal with a tracking number when your item ships. Standard shipping takes 2-5 business days, but occasionally may take longer. Priority Mail shipping takes 2-3 days. Please keep in mind that all items are made to order and allow up to two weeks for the item to be produced before calculating shipping. Custom items or multi charm items can take longer. Please contact me first if you would like Priority Mail shipping and I can work with you to determine if I can meet your deadline.

I do not include printed receipts in packages because they can easily be viewed right here on the Etsy site. Just go to Your Account / Purchases and then click on "View Receipt" in the top right of your screen.

I love working with silver. Silver is a recyclable metal with value and amazing properties. I may have to adjust my prices from time to time based on market fluctuations. I always strive to keep my jewelry priced reasonably. Think of your silver jewelry purchase as an investment. It's like buying money!
