Simply Lin's Handmade items.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, eChecks and PayPal. All online credit card transactions are processed through PayPal, you do not need a PayPal account.

PayPal provides a safe and secure way of making transactions through the website.

If you want to use a different payment method such as western union or other means available to you. Please send us a message. We can arrange other payment methods if you wish.

Shipping

We ship globally. The highest price we charge is only $3.50 for the first shipping. Should the item be of greater in size and weight, we would inform you. We do ship priority mail if you wish to rush your orders. The usual shipping takes about 7 to 14 days. But there are times it reaches 30 days.

If you would like to receive your order faster than using our regular shipping method which is regular postal mail, you may request for a faster shipping method such as Fedex.
IMPORTANT: FedEx/UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Refunds and Exchanges

We package your purchases carefully to avoid damage during transit. However, we will not be liable for loss or damage of items shipped. It is our objective to make you happy with your purchase. Contact us if you are in any way unsatisfied with our work and we'd be glad to offer refund (not including shipping fee) or returns within the 7days upon receipt of items. Refunds or returns will only be given once I received your original purchase in good condition. We'd appreciate contacting us first to settle any issues you may have with your purchase.
