a baby carrier is one the most important things to have as a parent...a sling is very versatile-- it can be used for a newborn practically until they are in preschool! babies can sleep cradled in them, or snuggled with their head up, or on your hip... even on your back! slings are comfortable for both the parent and the child. the weight is distributed around your shoulder and back without pressure points. if the child is sitting their wieght is back on their bottom instead of their tailbone... this is not only more comfortable but also leads to more healthy bone development.
not only are my slings useful and comfortable - they are also beautiful. they are made of soft breathable linen or silk. if you are going to wear it all the time it ought to be beautiful!
