March 2013 - Charity Auction my work started bidding war. One painting sold for $3,300. two more were sold bringing in almost $6,000 dollars in sales making me the highest sold artist amongst 25 other professional artists participating that evening. I'm the highest selling Artist by a wide margin in the events 10 year history!


Welcome to Skye Taylor Galleries. My favorite Artist of all time is 70 years old and he sets his alarm for 3:00 am every morning to get up to paint. I am no different, I too set my alarm for 3am. When it rings I wake up and look at the time and proclaim he's a nut case and roll over and go back to bed till 9..LOL (True story) :)

My name is Skye Taylor. My first painting was in 1960. I am an independent internationally collected Artist living the dream. I don't want to wake up.

I am not your typical Artist. My paintings do not look the same. If you scroll through my gallery you will find many unique works of art. Each work of art is produced by tapping into a spiritual energy. When the Art is completed many times I step back and wonder how I did it. Some days I stare at a blank canvas without a clue but when I hit the zone I keep painting sometimes as long as 20 hours. I have no control over the "Zone". It's a wonderful and mysterious thing guided by the man above and I'm humbled.

Every painting happens for a reason. The energy flow infused in each piece of art is meant for only one person. Each painting sits quietly until it connects to the right person who aligns with the energy flow. If you buy the painting you love it has made the energy connection and the circle is complete. Joy and harmony have reached a common ground.

June 2011 - I won an Award of "Excellence" at the Mix Park Art Show in Oregon, Illinois

December 2011 - I won 1st place in a Juried exhibit on Architecture at the
"Next Picture Show Gallery" in Dixon Illinois for my 3D work of art titled "Cafe".

February 2012 - I won another First Place Ribbon in a Juried Show!

March 2012 - At a Charity Auction my painting raised $1,025 for a Non- profit.

March 2012 - One man Exhibit at the Saulk Valley Bank in Dixon Illinois

March 2013 - Charity Auction brought in $6,000 dollars for 3 paintings.
