sleepingbear's Shop Announcement

Sleeping Bear Company is a small company that designs and markets jewelry with a pet theme. The company's name is from our Pug, Bear, who served as inspiration for many of our designs.

The idea for Sleeping Bear Company began as a necklace designed as a donation
for a local animal shelter's fundraising auction. The necklace looked so great that the same idea was incorporated into a matching pet id tag for Bear. Things have just grown from there!

Keeping in the spirit of how and why things all got started, a portion of every sale is donated to pet charity organizations.

Please note, I am currently organizing a fundraiser to benefit the Buddy Dog Humane Society of Sudbury, MA. I am actively looking for corporate sponsors of the event, which is an "Appraisal Day". The event will be held from 10-3 at Best Friends Pet Care, 150 Boston Post Rd. Sudbury (space graciously provided to the shelter by our good friends at Best Friends!). Two appraisers from Skinner, Inc. to provide expert opinion of items presented to them. The cost is $10 per item or 3 for $25. To cover the cost of the event, I am looking for corporate sponsors to provide a contribution of $100 or more. If your company can help, please convo me. Company name will be included in all promotional material. Please join us for this event, it will be fun!!!! (and for a great cause, too!)
