I use tracking on all my shipped packages, if the tracking says it was delivered, I will not refund for lost items, you will need to check with your postal carrier. Please make sure you have a secure area for your packages to be delivered.

I am so glad that it fit. I always pick up bottle stoppers from estate sales. I am still looking for the one to fit my bottle. I have not found it yet, but I am looking.
