Welcome to my Etsy gallery. I make small, original oil paintings which are perfect to give as a housewarming gift, a bread and butter present, or as a unique offering to the bride and groom who have everything! These paintings also provide nice little spots of color in the kitchen, bedroom or any little patch of wall that's crying out for decoration. I am an award-winning portrait and figurative painter with studios in Manhattan and upstate Delaware County, New York and am very happy to consider commissions to paint almost anything you want - your family member, your home or your heirloom silver vase.
NEW POLICY!!! During the holidays, I got to thinking how much I would enjoy being a philanthropist. Yes, a philanthropist - because there are so many worthy causes and organizations to support: children's charities, aid to the homeless, small theater companies, arts for the public schools, individuals who are making a difference in peoples lives. . .the list goes on and on. Well, I am not going to be a rich philanthropist and my donations are going to be small, but I have decided to give a portion of the money I earn from each sale to a different charity or cause. When I send you the painting, I will tell you where I have donated so that you can know that not only do you have a nice little original work of art, but you have made a contribution, somewhere! And if, when you buy my painting, you have a suggestion, I will certainly take it into consideration!
